HOW WE SERVE
HEAR WHAT THE COMMUNITY HAS TO SAY
“
In December of 2023, my husband went to work like any normal day and it ended with him being involved in a shooting. It felt like time had come to a stop not having any answers or how to proceed with the unknown. Matt & Katie with the 10-78 project were there to help us through it! I heard from Katie within an hour offering to do anything she could to help! Matt and her were at our door the next day with food and a wonderfully thoughtful supply basket on the next steps and items to help take some stress off of our plate! They have periodically checked in to make sure we are doing better! It’s almost been a year later and they are still there offering their support and time! My husband and I truly appreciate everything they have done for our family!
“
My husband was involved in his second critical incident in 2024. The 10-78 Project responded to our home almost immediately with resources and support for not only him but our entire family. It was so encouraging to physically see and feel the support of the law enforcement community in action through the 10-78 Project.
THE 10-78 PROJECT WIVES GROUP
THE 10-78 PROJECT WIVES GROUP
You support the officer. Who supports you?
Behind every badge is a family carrying the weight of this profession. The late nights, missed holidays, critical incidents, and constant uncertainty can take a toll—not just on officers, but on the people who love them.
The 10-78 Project is proud to launch our Law Enforcement Spouse Support Group, a safe and confidential place where spouses can connect with others who truly understand the unique challenges of this life.
Led by Annette Jansen, MA, LPC, a licensed professional counselor and the surviving spouse of a police officer killed in the line of duty, alongside fellow law enforcement spouses, this group is designed to provide encouragement, support, and meaningful connection.
